The Month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but not only should we recognize this form of cancer, but all. One local organization does everything it can to assist cancer patients and their families during their difficult times.
The Ribbon of Hope, an affiliate of Elkhart General Hospital, mission is to provide cancer patients, their families, and caregivers throughout Michiana with spiritual and emotional support. The Ribbon of Hope has successfully assisted more than 2000 cancer-fighting patients.
The Ribbon of Hope is having a 15 Days of Giving Campaign that is taking place from October 1-15. This campaign is to raise money for cancer patients and their families. Donations and pledges may be submitted by mailing a check to Ribbon of Hope, INC, or by using a credit card on their website online or through their Facebook Page.
