✅ 1. Check concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, and landings for condition and level; patch cracks, level and or replace as needed.
✅ 2. Clean carpets and wax tile and hardwood doors.
✅ 3. Add Copper Sulfate to your basement floor drain(s) and downspout drain(s) to control tree roots in the main sewer line.
✅ 4. Wash or power wash the exterior of your house and/or garage.
✅ 5. Look for visible signs of carpenter ants, termites, or any other destructive insects around the exterior of the home.
✅ 6. Scrape/Prime/Paint any areas of the house or garage that are in need, especially bare wood. (Note: Observe precautions for reducing exposure to lead-based paint)
✅ 7. Check all flat roofs – recoat/seal as needed.
✅ 8.Change Your Furnace Filter.
✅ 9. Check and Oil your garage door joints and tracks.
