Instructions to Access Custom Home Inspection Report:

1. Go to the inspections report download site. The web address is http://www.goldkeyinspect.com/phcdownload
2. Next, login by entering your username and password and clicking the "Login" button. (Your username and password is information that is provided by your home inspector. If you need this information please contact us.)
3. Under "Customer Reports" click the subfolder that is labeled with your name or your company's name.
4. Now enter the password provided by your home inspector and click "Check Password".
5. At this point you should see your report listed. Click its link and you will see some information about your report listed.
6. Finally, click the "Download Now" button at the bottom of the web page to download your custom inspection report.
7. Once the file is completely downloaded, close out of the web page.
